Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers – Hotel & Residence
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Front Office Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in hotel front office operations by assisting with guest services, check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, inquiries, and day-to-day front office activities while developing strong communication, customer service, and hospitality skills.
Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
· Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
· Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
· Offer welcome beverages or amenities upon arrival, based on guest status or preferences.
· Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
· Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and be readily available to assist or guide guests.
· Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
· Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.
· Ensure guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated effectively.
· Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, in line with brand standards.
· Anticipate guest needs and offer relevant recommendations to enhance their stay.
Requisitos
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
· Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of Dubai and its tourist attractions.
· Basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software is preferred.
· Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
· Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
· Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
· Additional Language is an added advantage.
