River Lounge Restaurant Co LLC
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct field marketing and direct promotional activities across targeted locations in Dubai.
· Promote the restaurant through flyer distribution, voucher campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
· Visit offices, residential communities, hotels, travel agencies, shopping areas, and nearby businesses for partnership development.
· Generate corporate dining opportunities, catering leads, birthday/event bookings, and bulk meal partnerships.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic business partners.
· Support outdoor promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community engagement initiatives.
· Identify new business opportunities and local market trends within the hospitality sector.
· Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
· Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and marketing performance updates.
· Support social media campaigns and customer engagement initiatives when required.
Requisitos
Candidate Requirements
· Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or field sales is preferred.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
· Good understanding of Dubai market dynamics and local business areas.
· Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales and promotion targets.
· Energetic, confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
· Basic English communication skills required.
· Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali language skills will be considered an advantage.
· A UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing is preferred.
· Must have sales experience in Dubai.
· Need to understand sales leads and culture of UAE.
· Need to have charismatic sales skills and the ability to reach people's minds to understand clients' requirements.
· Need to be experienced in B2B business approach.
· Need to accept targets and have the ability to reach them.
