Main Responsibilities
Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
Supervise and support junior waiters, ensuring service standards are maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
Assist in training new staff members.
Monitor stock levels of service items (e.g., cutlery, glasses, napkins).
Requisitos
Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality/restaurant environment).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
