Funciones
Electromechanical Technician
The Electromechanical Technician has a responsibility to be knowledge of basic equipment maintenance/service and capability of repairing systems and any other maintenance procedures.
What you will do
Implement and handle preventive maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs;
Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building;
Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct;
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner;
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.;
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
Requisitos
One to two years of previous experience;
Technical training or certification in Electromechanics, Maintenance or a related field (recognized in the EU);
Ability to read, write and understand mechanical and electrical symbolisms to interpret blueprints, schematics, and specification;
Experienced in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical system;
Knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, electrical panels, kitchen and laundry equipment;
Ability to respond promptly to technical issues to minimize disruption to hotel operations;
Ability to support general maintenance tasks when required;
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls valued;
Attention to detail and proactivity in identifying faults before they impact operations;
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
Ability to work collaboratively with the Maintenance team and other departments;
Fluent level of Portuguese required; English language skills preferred;
Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred;
Must hold authorization to work in a European country;
