We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, learn from experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in customer service and guest relations.
What you will be doing:
Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
Requisitos
Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
