We are looking for a

Job Role
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling
Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times
Work closely with the Banqueting Manager to drive results
Requisitos
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A passion for guest service and attention to detail
Ability to stay composed and organised in a busy environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
