Greet guests with warmth and personality
Manage reservations and waitlists with efficiency
Guide guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience
Provide information about the restaurant and answer guest questions
Keep the entrance area clean, organised, and full of positive vibes
Requisitos
Are you wondering what skills you need to have?
Experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing role
Strong communication and people skills
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus – like perfect harmonies!)
Friendly, approachable, and always ready to smile
A team player with flexibility for different shifts
