Job Description
What you’ll doWe are looking for a Culinary Administrative Coordinator to join the opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Culinary, you will: Keep up to date all HACCP protocols, being the person in charge for the Chefs to ensure their complianceCoordinate the cost recipe forms data base of all outletsAssemble the full range of schedule for all kitchen operation, keeps accurate record of Holidays and statutory daysWorks closely with HR department to provide extra staff requirements and keeps factorial program updated on check in and out of the staffIt’s the point of contact for our outsourcing company of health and safety , and works closely with them in the monthly audits. In charge of update the team in any change on legislation involved in any kitchen operationSupervises our well- organized storerooms and inventories that allow for a smooth- running kitchen. Proposes changes on the equipment and keeps updated any status on repairs with external suppliers

Requisitos
What we are looking for. . . Expert in office package, with emphasis in Excel . Very well organized and with methodical thinking. You value learning and development and are looking to join a hard- working team, aiming to make the best food out there. Previous experience as health and safety assistant is an advantage. You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You make people feel good – your team, guests and colleagues alike. Methodical and process- driven approach to tasks, but also able to work flexibly and calmly to meet deadlines. Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems and make effective decisions. Ability to work positively and collaboratively to achieve the highest standards of delivery at work.
