Join our team as an F&B Service trainee in beautiful Sotogrande, Spain! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the exciting world of food and beverage service. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Learn and apply proper table setting techniques and dining room preparation
Interact with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
Familiarize yourself with menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Assist in processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge
Support team members during peak hours and special events
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Requisitos
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in the hospitality industry and customer service
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic English language skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
