About the Position
We are looking for experienced and guest-oriented Waiters to join luxury 5-star river cruise ships operating across Europe and selected international destinations. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in an international environment and providing high-quality, personalized service to guests from around the world.
You will work as part of an experienced restaurant team and contribute to an exceptional dining experience throughout the guests' journey.
Your Responsibilities
· Providing professional and personalized service to cruise guests
· Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Assisting guests with menu and product information
· Maintaining high service standards throughout the dining experience
· Preparing and maintaining tables and service areas
· Responding professionally to guest requests and individual needs
· Working closely with the restaurant and hospitality team
· Following company standards for service, hygiene and guest satisfaction
· Contributing to a welcoming and positive atmosphere onboard
Requisitos
Requirements
· Previous professional experience as a Waiter, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or cruise environment
· Experience in à la carte service is highly valued
· Good command of English, both spoken and written
· Knowledge of German or French is an advantage
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Professional, empathetic and guest-oriented approach
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure
· Flexibility regarding working hours and the operational schedule of a cruise ship
· Willingness to live and work onboard for the duration of the contract

What We Offer
· Work experience on luxury 5-star river cruise ships
· Direct employment with the cruise company
· Salary of €2,100–€2,900 gross/month, depending on experience and company salary scale
· Approx. €1,600–€2,230 net/month after statutory deductions
· Accommodation provided onboard
· Meals provided onboard
· Travel support provided by the cruise company
