Funciones
Do you have a passion for food & drinks and great guest service?
As a waiter, you take guests’ orders for food and drinks in the restaurant, bar or sundeck. You serve food and drinks in all departments on the ship (restaurant, bar, room service, sundeck) in a professional way. You are thoroughly familiar with our menu, as well as our drinks menu, including wines and allergies and any other food sensitivities.
Requisitos
Knowledge of food products, beverages, service standards and dietary wishes
Preferably experienced within the hotel industry and/or previous (river) cruise ship experience.
Outstanding skills and experience in this role with strong customer focus
Good crosscultural communication skills
Stress resistant and resilient
Open minded and flexible attitude
Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working
Team player
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage
Good physical condition (fit for duty)
