We are seeking a proactive & tech- savvy I. T Intern to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an I. T Intern, you will gain hands- on experience in hotel I. T operations by assisting with maintaining all hotel information technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience, and securing handling of data while developing practical IT and problem- solving skills. Provide daily IT support to hotel departments including Front Office, Finance, F& B, etc. Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS & POS systemsMaintain and monitor hotel Wi- Fi and network connectivity for both guests and staffTroubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers, printers, servers, switches, and mobile devicesManage user access, permissions, and passwords in accordance with hotel security policiesEnsure regular system backups, updates, and antivirus protectionMaintain IT asset inventory and software licensing recordsSupport new system installations, upgrades, and hotel openings or renovationsProvide basic IT assistance related to guest technology issues when requiredEnsure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and brand standards
Requisitos
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT support. Fresh graduates and students seeking practical industry experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in English (verbal and written) ; additional languages are a plusWarm, outgoing, and service- oriented personalityAbility to work under pressure and in a fast- paced environmentFlexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPassion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesAdaptability to work in a multicultural environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
