Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers – Hotel & Residence
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Intern to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in restaurant and hospitality operations by assisting with providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.
· Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
· Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
· Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
· Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service.
· Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
· Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
· Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
· Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
· Adapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed.
Requisitos
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
· Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
· Team player with a collaborative attitude.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Additional Language is an added advantage.
