Xara Collection is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor on part time basis to join our fantastic and dynamic Food & Beverage team at Trattoria AD1530 Restaurant!
The impact you’ll make:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager you will assist in the day-to-day running of our Trattoria AD1530 restaurant ensuring that members and guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality making their dining experience a memorable one.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee and support front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
· Lead and motivate the service team
· Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
· Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest requests
· Supervise staff performance and assist with training
· Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of service areas
· Handle basic administrative and daily operational tasks
Requisitos
· Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Positive attitude and professional appearance
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Good command of English (other languages are an advantage)
