Are you a detail- oriented hospitality professional with a passion for guest experience and smooth operations? We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and ensure our booking process hits all the right notes. Your Mission
As our Reservations Manager, you’ll oversee the reservations department, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our guests across rooms, suites, restaurants and events. You’ll lead the team with efficiency and energy, turning inquiries into unforgettable stays and experiences.
What You’ll Do
Manage the day- to- day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings
Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering top- class service
Monitor booking channels (direct, OTA, GDS) and optimise distribution for performance
Train, motivate and supervise the reservations team to maintain high service standards
Analyse reservations data, forecast demand and provide reports to management
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to align strategies and guest experience
Handle VIP bookings, special requests and complex group reservations with care and precision
Requisitos
3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong knowledge of reservations systems and channel management tools (Opera or similar)
Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of revenue management principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a guest- first mindset
Highly organised, detail- oriented and comfortable in a fast- paced, high- volume environment
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
