The Arbour is an upcoming private members' club opening in St. George's Bay, Malta in October 2026. Developed by db Group with industry expert Jamie Caring, it aims to offer seasonal Mediterranean cuisine, a cocktail lab, cultural programming, and a community space for the island.
As part of our team at Lifestyle Group, you’ll assist in delivering exceptional service at some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse restaurant brands, several of which are featured in the Michelin Guide. About the Role:
As General Manager of The Arbour, you will take overall responsibility for the successful day- to- day operation of the outlet, ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations, guest experience and team performance. You will lead and support the management team, oversee staffing and development, monitor sales and costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing standards.
Working closely with the wider Lifestyle Group, you will help implement new initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement and foster a positive, collaborative culture within the venue. You will lead by example, ensuring The Arbour delivers an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
Requisitos

A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for hospitality leadership.
Proven experience in a high- volume restaurant or hospitality operation, ideally in a senior management role.
A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team.
Naturally friendly, customer- oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions- focused approach.
