ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
– Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads and working with a database of interested customers.
– Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each sales opportunity.
– Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queries regarding products or services.
– Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication.
– Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign. WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
– Flexibility, Proactivity and liking to work by Sales targets
– Excellent communication skills;
– Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor) ;
– Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued) ;
– Experience in customer service
– Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must;
