Funciones
About the role – Commis Waiter / Waitress – ISA Restaurant
· Assist the restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times
· Understand and implement Four Seasons standards in food presentation, beverage, and service
· Carry trays with food, drinks, and dishes between kitchen and tables
· Serve food and beverages when required
· Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service
· Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
· Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
· Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
· Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role
Requisitos
What you bring
· Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
· Previous experience in a similar role preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment
· Proficiency in spoken English
· Right to work in the UK
