Business Sales Manager (F/M/X)
From ManpowerGroup Interim Management, we are seeking a Business Sales Manager (M/F/X) for a 6-month project with one of our main clients, a leading multinational in the technology sector.
Functions
· Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.
· Manage the sales pipeline and support the French sales team’s daily operations.
· Improve sales productivity by simplifying processes and removing blockers.
· Understand how businesses use technology to recommend the right solutions.
· Track and report sales KPIs, including revenue, traffic, and conversion.
Requisitos
· Fluent French (business level).
· Fluent English (business level).
· 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
· Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
· Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
· Nice to have: experience with digital retail or eCommerce, familiarity with modern productivity tools and tech devices, degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or similar.
