ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL BEACH IBIZAExperimental Beach is set amongst the picturesque Salinas natural park. The bar & restaurant is set on the beach, overlooking the sea where the sunset is one of the best on the island. The menu is inspired by the history and culture of the Balearic Islands, and the cocktail menu is a twist on what Experimental knows best : a touch of eccentric whimsy with a nod to the classics.
