Customer Agent – Receptive Agency in Palma de Mallorca (Romanian & English or Spanish required)

Our receptive agency in Palma de Mallorca is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic, and service-driven individuals who want to spend the summer making travelers smile from the moment they land.
Your mission: Make every trip start and end with a smile
You’ll be the first face our travelers see. You’ll help them feel welcomed, safe, and well cared for at every step of their stay.
Visit hotels and promote our excursions and services directly to guests.
Support clients with questions and solve small issues with empathy and agility.
Assist travelers at the airport and during their transfers with a professional smile.
Requisitos
What will make you thrive in this position:
Previous experience in tourism or customer service. It will help you get up to speed quickly.
Comfort working on the move. Every day is different – from hotel visits to airport pickups.
Fluency in Romanian, English, and Spanish. You’ll connect with clients and make them feel at home.
Own car and driving license. This gives you flexibility and ease in reaching different locations.
Genuine joy in helping others. If you love solving problems and recommending great experiences – this job is for you.
