Funciones
As Banquets Manager you will be responsible for supervising C&B team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team.
Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage
Your day-to-day
Support the Director of Food & Beverage in any required task.
Coordinate set-up requirements for the events according to the BEOs, communicate directly with group contacts and sales department to ensure that all details of the function are carried out, ensure quality and timeliness of all food and beverage items.
Train staff on food & liquor control policies and procedures.
Ensure C&B food & beverage team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the banquet area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required.
Requisitos
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management will be valuable.
2+ years’ experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor.
Must be fluent in local language and English, German will be highly valuable.
Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
