Funciones
Daily Create at least one personal connection per day (adoption) – Contact the guest before arrival - Prepare amenity based on preferences - Put alert to meet the guest upon check in - Rooming - Follow up calls during the stay- Meet the guest upon check out Create at least one wow story per day- Adoption wow story after getting to know the guest Spend 2 hours around the hotel - Lateral service in peak hours - Engage with guests Wow check out project - After pre arrival insert all the guests in the excel document - Review the departure for the following day and make sure they had an outstanding experience 1 audit de LQA per day - Audit a different venue/department everyday using the LQA app Room calendar - Update arrivals, departures and occupancy on the calendar- Make sure all employees have the correct profile (starting and end date, employee number) Monthly Help with orientation Role- plays Support with projects
