Funciones
Outbound Management
Manage day
to
day outbound shipping process in SAP.
Verify orders before transmitting them to the warehouse: volume, route, customer requirements, etc.
Process and release orders for pick and pack according to agreed daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Choose the optimal (efficient, economic and effective) transport service.
Schedule or modify deliveries as appropriate.
Claim Handling and Reverse Logistics
Manage customer claims: Recording, investigation, collection of supporting documentation, filing, recovery and general administration of assigned claims.
Manage the return process and ensure excellent customer experience.
Delivery Monitoring and Reporting
Proactively monitor trucks arrival and departure times at the warehouse and customer in order to ensure pick
up and delivery times are met. Monitor loading and unloading reports on a daily basis.
Take ownership of any delivery
related problems ensuring they are resolved without undue delay.
Generate and distribute regular reports according to agreed frequency.
Requisitos
Degree in Administration or Higher Vocational Training in Logistics.
Strong communication skills, particulary in professional email correspondence.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluent in Italian and Spanish. Intermediate level of English.
2+ years experience in administration of Logistics operations.
Experience of maintaining communication and coordination with service providers.
Experience in working in international teams and a multicultural environment.
