Funciones
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate employee compensation.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Handle performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR systems and records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requisitos
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous 5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and in Spanish.
