Funciones
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/Spanish GAAP).
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and provide commentary.
Perform product margin analysis and operating cost reviews.
Budgeting & Forecasting & Cashflow
Support the budgeting process by collecting data, preparing templates, and ensuring timely submission.
Assist in periodic forecasting exercises and updating financial models accordingly.
Assist with liquidity planning, including preparation of cashflow forecasts.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal policies, and local tax and accounting regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits and ensure documentation and process adherence.
Documenting business processes and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Promote consistent application of financial controls across activities
Coordinate company compliance obligations related to occupational risk prevention in Spain, as well as other risk management as needed
Serve as point of contact for compliance audits and coordinate corrective actions where required.
Operational Finance
Track OPEX and CAPEX spending against budgets.
Support cost center managers with expense management and reporting.
Assist in inventory control and valuation processes, liaising with supply chain and warehousing teams.
Manage the partner pricing update process in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate and timely reflection of approved price increases.
Maintain a pricing calendar and tracker to monitor when partner price reviews or updates are due.
Liaise with commercial and regulatory teams to align price changes with market requirements and internal governance.
Business Support
Provide financial insight and support to cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, and Marketing.
Collaborate with the commercial team on product launches, marketing support, and pricing scenarios.
Help assess financial impact of business decisions (e.g. trade terms, distribution models).
Requisitos
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in finance or controlling, ideally in the pharmaceutical/medical device, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central).
Understanding of local regulatory context in Spain (tax, medical device pricing laws, VAT, etc.) is advantageous.
