Funciones
The role is part of a new team being created and growing in our Barcelona Shared Service Centre. This team will oversee a range of Staff/HR Operations for our Temporary workers business across Europe. The Middle Office team has both a Customer Service as transactional component ensuring that our temp contractors & freelancers (hereafter: Candidates) that we place at our customers get excellent support during their assignment.
From creation of contracts for the Candidates, through their onboarding, support on time-sheeting, payslips and invoicing to clients, the Middle Office will be a central place of contact for Candidates, Clients and our Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative tasksThe Middle Office Administrative tasks cover a wide range of activities, including:
Assist internal stakeholders in Pre-Employment screening and vetting process for candidates.
Ensuring PageGroup comply with all their legal and contractual screening obligations for our clients.
To liaise with candidates to ensure all relevant forms and documents are completed and sighted in a timely, efficient manner.
To liaise with PageGroup consultants to keep them updated with compliance progress
To liaise with client RPOs/support teams to keep them updated with compliance progress and submit documents once the process is complete.
Generate reporting for business needs
The right incumbent for this role therefore is someone with attention to detail and is keen to understand how all these different processes impact each other.
Customer-service related tasks
Along the contract-life cycle there can be several interaction points with stakeholders:
Contact with Candidates to collect relevant information to create contracts in an accurate and timely fashion
Contact with Recruitment Consultants, local finance, payroll and legal teams to coordinate timelines and data-flows between Front, Back and Middle Office
Candidate onboarding to explain Timesheeting portals and payslip information
Answering Candidate questions
Attending to Client queries
Requisitos
Fluency in English is a must, as well as one other EU language.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent
Excellent customer-focus & communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines?
Ideally good with Excel
Ability to work independently, take initiatives, continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
