Funciones
IT (Information Technology): Verification of guest incidents related to the IT department, request and "follow-up" of access identifiers to the network through Marriott International, delivery (documented) and verification of network access accounts, configuration and / or installation of applications (Outlook, Acrobat Writter, etc.) or patches, physical installation and changes of location of computers or other components, hardware troubleshooting (PCs, Micros, Internet and telephone), notice to maintenance companies, "follow-up" and temporary resolution or final, archive, deletion of computer data, printers and obsolete phones, realization of Inventories and monitoring of the status of purchase orders with suppliers.
