Funciones
The Administration & Finance Manager will be responsible for: :
Prepare financial reports and coordinate monthly and annual closings.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Oversee audits and ensure tax, regulatory, and accounting compliance.
Negotiate with suppliers and control expenses.
Lead improvements in financial processes and team development.
Collaborate on compliance policies and risk management.
Ensure the implementation of strong internal controls.
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and conditions possible.
Monitor budget and financial performance, addressing deviations.
Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvement.
Analyze financial statements to support decisions and investments.
Lead the finance and accounting team.
Provide support during external audits.
Requisitos
Administration & Finance Manager required:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
5+ years of experience in finance and compliance, preferably in education.
Solid knowledge of financial regulations and auditing.
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) .
High level of Spanish and English.
Analytical, proactive, and results
