Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Manager to lead the OPEX-related AP operations across multiple regions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of operational expenses, managing a team of four, and supporting the company's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full AP cycle for OPEX suppliers: invoice processing, payment execution, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Manage debt movements and accounting entries related to operational expenses.
Supervise the amortization of tangible and intangible fixed assets.
Lead and support the team in month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP and/or Spanish GAAP).
Report monthly balances and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the AP team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
Requisitos
8-10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally with a background in Big4 (Audit or Outsourcing).
Proven experience managing AP processes and leading teams.
Strong accounting knowledge, with solid command of US GAAP or Spanish GAAP.
Experience working with OPEX-related AP is essential.
Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong asset.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus (not mandatory).
Ability to prioritize projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
