Funciones

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The role of the Research Associate is to focus on candidate generation, relationship building and gaining market intelligence, ultimately supporting Partner's in their delivery of placements. The Research Associate is working hand in hand with the Partner's throughout the search process from attending or summarising the client briefing to successful delivery of a shortlist and data for pitches. Research Associates will provide expertise and assistance to Partner's within their respective practice areas and geographical regions.
The Research Associate will be responsible for attendance at pitches and client briefings, defining company target lists, identification and approach of potential candidates, screening, activity reporting and document creation, as well as market mapping and salary benchmarking. They will work effectively nurturing key relationships within Page Executive, supporting the Partner and the wider business by generating talent pipelines for specific roles. This role is responsible for ensuring best service for the candidates including communication and process management, as well as lead generation for new roles.
The Research Associate will embody Page Executive best practices, working collaboratively within their region and practice area to support the partner and actively contribute to revenue generation. The role will focus on contributing to commercial success aligned with page Executive's strategic objectives while learning on the job. There will be varying levels of expertise at Research Associate level with this job description encompassing general duties and responsibilities, these may vary from region to region based on organisation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Recruitment Cycle
– provide support to Partner in business development, due diligence and execution of research assignments. This includes talent market research, identification of candidates and qualifying calls. Preparation, attendance and contribution to pitches alongside Partners, as well as attendance at client/candidate meetings to capture key information where appropriate and competency level is adequate. Production of long and/or shortlists of candidates for ongoing assignments after thorough assessments of candidates.
Candidate Engagement and Management
– obtain detailed assignment briefs to ensure clear sourcing direction, either attending client meetings or directly from Partner's. Utilize inhouse and third party tools to source and engage relevant candidates. Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with a network of candidates to leverage for future opportunities and commercial leads. Assessment of candidates for ongoing/future assignments including through screening calls, interviews and personality assessments.
Market Insights
– Development of a solid understanding of client/industries including specific information regarding their value proposition. Maintain awareness of news surrounding key clients and market opportunities, while sharing key information with Partners and broader teams. Participation in research projects including talent market maps, salary benchmarking, industry practice reviews and more. Proactive monitoring of existing senior talents and rising talents within the broader market.
Systems & Processes Expertise
– Effective knowledge and utilisation of internal and 3rd party tools that are best practice and improve efficiency/commercial outcomes. Register candidates within our database, ensuring key information is captured as well as, logging qualifying client and candidate engagements. Accurate production of documentation for all assignments, and building of key relationships within wider Page group to leverage strengths.

Requisitos

Fluent, professional proficiency in both French and English
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent attraction, and networking channels within the chosen market
Experience gained within an in
– house recruitment team, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, with the ability to manage end
– to
– end and high
– volume recruitment processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively in a fast
– paced environment
Ability to work within company procedures and standards
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
Strong understanding of industry and markets
