Your RoleWe are seeking a skilled and organised Chef de Partie to prepare and serve our pasta and cold dishes line with company standards and recipes, reporting directly to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring a smooth, efficient lunch service. The CDP will work to deliver high- quality meals promptly, catering to guests while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and consistent dining experience.
