Your responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
Support travelers with their online bookings.
Provide personalized post-sales support:
Ensure that bookings have been properly received by our partners.
Handle customers’ special requests.
Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
Oversee administrative aspects, including:
Organizing activities and transfers.
Sending travel documents.
Contribute to achieving the company’s performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Requisitos
Native French speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong interest in sales and business development, with a customer-oriented approach.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Enjoy challenges and customer interaction.
Knowledge of project management and data analysis is a plus.
Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
