Requisitos
* Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy (EFZ or equivalent qualification)
* Certified sommelier education (e. g. WSET Level 3, CMS or equivalent) ; advanced certification is an asset
* Proven experience as a Junior Sommelier or higher, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
* Excellent knowledge of wine, sparkling wine and food pairings, combined with a confident and elegant guest approach
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
* Well- groomed appearance, polished manners and a natural sense of discretion and style
* Strong team spirit, resilience and flexibility – even during demanding service periods
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
