Functions of the Position
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests.
· You will play a key role in delivering Bonbon Café’s freshly baked cakes, breads, pastries, and other food items, safely and on time, ensuring our customers receive products in perfect condition.
· You will be responsible for handling fragile food items with great care, maintaining the highest quality from our bakery to the customer’s doorstep.
· You will transport deliveries in a clean, safe, and timely manner, always upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
· You will maintain and look after the café’s delivery vehicle, arranging cleaning, minor maintenance, and notifying management of any issues.
· You will plan and follow delivery routes efficiently, adapting quickly to traffic conditions and ensuring punctual service.
· You will represent Bonbon Café with professionalism and courtesy, offering a warm and positive experience to every customer you meet.
· You will show flexibility and creativity in handling delivery changes, while always respecting schedules and safety guidelines.
· Support the team during busy service periods when not driving.
· Assist with stock replenishment, mise-en-place, and setup for service.
· Welcome and seat guests, take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and elegant presentation.
