Funciones
– You will be the bank portal administrator for all customers (17 bank portals across Europe) . This includes the following:
– User rights
– Approver rights
– Set up of bank accounts (opening/closing)
– Maintaining the online signature portal
– Registration of legal representative (power of attorney)
– Cash pooling
– Cash Forecasting per entity, country, currency, bank account
– Account balance control in the bank portals
– Bank balance control in SAP (FX impact linked to bank account currency, company code currency, group currency)
– Control of bank statement monitor and problem solving in SAP
– Cash flow analyzer
– Payment Statistics
– Multi banking portal support
Requisitos
– You have successfully completed your education with a focus on treasury
– You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
– You have very good knowledge of MS Excel and ideally some experience in SAP and banking portals
– Your way of thinking is characterized by analytics and a good understanding of numbers
– Your strengths include a structured, autonomous working style and a hands- on mentality
– You speak English fluently and are able to work in a multinational, complex matrix organization
– Ideally you also speak another European language
