Funciones
You will be responsible for ensuring that commercial conditions are properly validated, calculated, and managed, guaranteeing their correct posting in the system and their conversion into revenue.
You will handle calculations for company special campaigns and sell-in/sell-out conditions, as well as actively monitor provisions until they are invoiced.
You will track operational KPIs, ensuring process control and achievement of targets with a strong focus on results.
Your Main Responsibilities
Validate agreements and commercial conditions with suppliers
Ensure correct system posting and traceability
Calculate bonuses and commercial contributions (sell-in / sell-out)
Manage the full cycle: validation ? calculation ? claim ? invoicing
Reduce open provisions and convert them into invoiced revenue
Manage incidents and unblock critical situations
Monitor KPIs (compliance, provisions, invoicing)
Collaborate with Category Management, Finance, and Controlling
Prepare analysis and reporting
Requisitos
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in commercial conditions, purchasing, or Category Management
Advanced level of English
Experience with provisions, invoicing, or revenue management
Strong Excel skills (Power Query / BI is a plus)
Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple processes and data streams in parallel
