From Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Plant Logistics Manager (PLM) to join an industrial site. Reporting to the Plant Director, you will be responsible for the quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance of all plant logistics flows.
The Plant Logistics Manager oversees all supply chain operations inside the plant, ensuring materials, components, and finished products flow efficiently and safely. The role plays a key part in meeting customer demand, coordinating departments, and driving continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure material/component availability on time and in the right quantity.
Manage plant supply chain activities: flows, procurement, transport, and logistics.
Lead S&OP and define the optimal production plan.
Guarantee on-time delivery to customers and other plants.
Drive continuous improvement, transformation, and new product launches.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to support plant programs.
Manage and develop the logistics team.
Ensure safety of people and assets.
Align logistics processes with corporate standards.
Requisitos
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in plant supply chain, logistics, or industrial flow management
Proven leadership and team management capability
Experience in S&OP, planning, and operational coordination
Strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and KPI
– driven performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead transformation and process optimization
