Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Concierge to join our team! Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, this role provides highly personalized service that enhances the guest experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating memorable, seamless stays.
What you will do:
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guests requests or requirements; anticipates guests needs.
Take messages for in-house or arriving guests in accordance with procedures, with an emphasis on accuracy and proper follow-up.
Properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes.
Be informed about what activities are available in the city, ie. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests.
Keep the Chef Concierge and senior management well-informed of any guests problems or complaints, and action taken.
Ability to maintain the Concierge Desk and storage areas in an orderly manner; direct page staff in the maintenance of department areas in public view. The ability to assist in the reconciliation of charges originating from the Concierge Desk
Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
Ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Ability to respond accurately and properly to all incoming emails in professional Spanish and English.
Ability to perform an accurate and detailed night audit that ensures the daily charges and the departmental accounting is correct.
Requisitos
Our ideal Concierge candidate has a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest of standards consistently and exceptional service. Must have superior customer service skills, strong decision-making ability, working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Office), Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette. Ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside vendors. Membership in Les Clefs d’Or preferred (not required) or equivalent work experience in a luxury customer facing position preferred. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
This role might operate on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
