Funciones
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a assistant banquet server to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
What you will do:
Assist in the set-up and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Managers, and according to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order.
Requisitos
We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players.
The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting. He or she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our Ideal banquet server will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
This role might operate on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
