Funciones
Responsible to : Headwaiter / As. General Manager
Scope and general description : Take care of our guests by delivering the highest standard of service, take drink and dessert orders, and serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring the smooth running of service at all times.
Responsibilities :
Perform opening and closing duties
Perform set up : Break down of the restaurant & organize and fill stations before service
Greet and possibly welcome the guest
Explain plates in detail, if customer request
Serve the food when necessary
Suggestive upselling
Introduce food when served to guest
Keep the tables in perfect cleanliness condition all the time
Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed
Keep friendly atmosphere at all time
If there is any inquiry for booking, liaise with reception or manager
Communicate with runners and manager in charge all time
Guide and help colleagues
Attend daily briefing
Requisitos
Idioma requerido: Inglés. Francés, Italiano y Español son un plus
