Job Summary: The Spa Receptionist Trainee will support the daily operations of the spa at Nobu Hotel Barcelona, ensuring efficient communication and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination with various departments, and assisting in the smooth operation of the spa. The trainee will gain hands
– on experience in spa reception while embracing the Nobu culture. Essential Functions: Learn all aspects of spa reception and its interaction with other hotel departments. Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage spa reservations, cancellations, and scheduling changes. Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest preferences, and spa treatments. Coordinate with therapists, housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist with inventory management, including spa products and supplies. Ensure guest requests and special accommodations are handled promptly. Handle guest inquiries and efficiently resolve any spa
– related issues. Support in the onboarding and training of new spa team members. Learn all aspects of our Brand Standard Service and comply with all requirements. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop their career in hospitality and wellness, gaining valuable experience in luxury spa operations and guest relations. Requirements: Education: Currently studying hospitality management, wellness, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) . Experience with hotel/spa management systems is an advantage. Communication: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
