Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza
Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza.
Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.
Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.
Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi to ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all highly programmed.
The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, owned by Apollo.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
· Support the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
· Help with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
· Monitor pick-up, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
· Participate in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
· Assist in benchmarking and market analysis to monitor competition.
· Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers, and positioning.
· Get involved in forecast and budget processes, understanding the rationale behind the numbers.
· Support the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.
Requisitos
What we are looking for:
· EU nationality is required.
· Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
· Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
