Trainee – Food & Beverage Division | Barcelona
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment? Join our Food & Beverage Division and gain hands-on experience across multiple renowned restaurants and outlets in one of Barcelona’s top hotels.
Your mission
As a trainee in the F&B Division, you will:
· Greet and escort guests to tables, present menus, and provide detailed information (portions, ingredients, food allergies).
· Prepare tables, maintain a tidy dining area, and ensure high-quality service.
· Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, order slips, or by memory.
· Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
· Inform guests about daily specials and recommend menu items.
· Assist in special events, banquets, and private functions when required.
· Where you will work
· Enoteca – Two Michelin star restaurant led by Paco Pérez, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine and high-quality local ingredients.
· Bites – Casual, fast-service restaurant offering informal dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
· Marina – Outdoor summer restaurant serving light meals, emphasizing efficiency and guest interaction.
· Banqueting – Large-scale events department with experiences in emblematic locations across the city.
· The Pantry – Innovative speakeasy-style concept emphasizing sharing-style Mediterranean gastronomy.
· Lokal – Breakfast buffet restaurant focused on building strong guest relationships.
· P41 Bar & Coctelarium – Sophisticated lounge bar offering cocktails, champagne, and wines.
· In Room Dining (IRD) – Deliver culinary experiences directly to guests’ rooms, enhancing organization and teamwork skills.
